The Info Hub is a new exhibition centre located in the heart of the European Quarter on the Esplanade Solidarność 1980. Visitors can explore open access research material, attend regular policy talks and civil society events, and challenge their thinking at temporary exhibitions. With a constantly changing programme, one can come back time and time again to discover something new or understand a topic in greater depth.
To facilitate management activities for EP representatives, event organisers and participants, a new digital solution for the Info Hub digital needed to be developed.
Approach
Streamline business processes and design a solution that will cover the needs of various user groups.
- Conduct business process design workshops and document future state processes, taking into account the needs of different user groups.
- Design a flexible and future-proof digital platform.
Implement the event management system and bring the technology in line with the organisation’s vision.
- Implement the platform in line with the usability, accessibility, data privacy and security requirements of the EP.
- Ensure seamless integration of the platform with external systems and the Info Hub welcome screens.
- Provide guidance and solutions for issues throughout the testing and implementation phases.
Results
We leveraged our project management and functional expertise, together with our solution architecture design and technological knowledge to plan, design and successfully implement the Info Hub event management digital platform.
